Alerter Group is fully owned by Sdiptech AB since June 2020. Sdiptech is a Swedish technology group focusing on infrastructure that acquires and develops companies with a focus on creating more sustainable, efficient, and safe societies.
We pride ourselves on developing products that help save lives, giving the same opportunities to disabled people in the event of an emergency.
Historically specialising in providing fire alarm systems for Deaf and hard of hearing people, more recently our product portfolio has expanded to provide radio-based emergency disabled refuge systems, as well as other adaptable radio-based communication systems for potentially dangerous workplace situations.

Our expert Installation Engineers are part of the CSCS/ECS schemes. All of our engineers undertake the IOSH Working Safely qualification.
We are ISO9001-accredited, demonstrating that we consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
We’re also a member of JOSCAR (JOSCAR is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to act as a single repository for pre-qualification and compliance information).
