It’s our first year exhibiting at the Fire Safety Event – visit us at stand 4/M19 and discover our range of lifesaving products.
Every day at this year’s event we’ll be giving demonstrations of two of our most popular products:
- Refuge Alerter: an emergency voice communication system (EVC) supporting peoples’ safe evacuation from building refuge areas.
Refuge Alerter is radio-based meaning installation is easy even in old and listed buildings – plus the system can be integrated across numerous buildings. Find out more. - Deaf Alerter: a system that provides emergency messages about fire alarms for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.
The radio-based Deaf Alerter system works using our unique roaming system rather than wi-fi or mobile phone networks. Find out more.
Our knowledgeable team will be on hand at the event to discuss how our person-focused systems can meet even the most bespoke of customer needs.
Ian Lomas, Sales Director at Alerter Group, explains:
“We’re really excited to have joined the line up for the 2024 Fire Safety Event.
This event is all about supporting fire safety professionals to achieve and maintain the very highest standards of fire safety management – an area where our products fit right in.
At Alerter Group our radio-based emergency communication systems comply to the relevant British Standards and are designed to help organisations make their buildings as safe as possible for everyone – including people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, and people with physical disabilities.”
From R&D to installation, training and maintenance
Working UK-wide, Alerter Group is notable for being an end-to-end company: we design and develop all our products from our Derbyshire headquarters; install systems; and offer comprehensive maintenance packages.
- Research and development: All of our products are developed around the needs of our end users, as well as the relevant standards and legislation.
- Installation: We work closely with our customers to find out the best set-up for their people and buildings. Out on site, all installation work is completed by our team of engineers.
- Training: After installation’s complete, ongoing training and support is provided by our Operations Department.
- Maintenance: We’re able to come back to customer sites regularly for preventative maintenance and product support.
