The acquisition agreed on 24th July 2020, sees Alerter Group Ltd added to the company’s portfolio of leading niche companies that offer solutions to the critical needs of the infrastructure sector.

It is business as usual for Alerter Group though. With products and services including Deaf Alerter, a market-leading fire alarm system communication system for Deaf and hard of hearing people, and Refuge Alerter, a wireless emergency voice communication system, used in disabled refuge areas, remaining unchanged. As does the commitment to current customers, Chris Haseldine, who stays on as CEO said:

Alerter Group is Sdiptech’s sixth British business unit and will be included in the Special Infrastructure Solutions business area from July 2020.
